The Butterfly Festival Year 2007 Ended in South Bohemia| 17.04.2007Febiofest 2007 ended its regional journey in Domažlice and České Budějovice. Following the Festival Echoes, which took place in 10 Czech and Moravian towns (apart from the mentioned ones, these further included Kladno, Brno, Olomouc, Ostrava, Pardubice, Liberec, Ústí nad Labem, and Hradec Králové) and which were attended roughly by some 20 000 viewers, the Domažlice event in particular represented a special windup for this year’s successful festival. At 19:00, the festival will be wound up by the Kristián Award Ceremony: the Czech critics’ awards will be presented to the directors of the best Czech documentary, animated, and feature films of 2006. This year‘s laureate of the award for contribution to world cinematography will be the famed Polish actor Daniel Olbrychski.
